Adalyd Oliveras is a true reflection of a modern woman who challenges convention and, with fierce determination, beats all odds to achieve her dreams.
Having started a career in banking when she was 20 years old, Adalyd has risen through the ranks to become the current Assistant Vice President of Credit Quality Assurance At BankUnited in Miami, Florida. She prides herself on over 20 years of experience in the banking industry with finance, quality assurance, process improvement, and project management expertise.
Adalyd holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Puerto Rico, and a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Project Management from Ana G. Mendez University in Miami, FL. She is also an Agile Transformation Coach, Scrum Master (Agile-Alliance), and holds Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
